Installing - I just installed my free upgrade for Strata CX and the serial number won't work. HELP - this is drastic as it has replaced my only working copy of Strata and I have a job to get out.
Be sure you have your Strata 3D CX Install CD or the downloaded disc image mounted before you enter your registration information. The disc/image is needed for the program to verify and complete the registration process.
