Strata Design 3D CX 6.1 is not recognized by my new PhotoShop CS5 Extended. What can I do?
In our testing so far, the Photoshop plug-ins that ship with Design 3D CX 6 can be installed into Photoshop CS 5 Extended, and are working with the following caveats:
-You must run Photoshop plug-ins in 32-bit mode or plug-ins will not work. Design 3D is a 32-bit application, although 64-bit support is a planned improvement. In Mac OS 10.6, select the application file, do a Get Info, and then enable 32-bit mode.
- Turn off "Enable OpenGL Drawing" in the PS preferences.
