No, the Enfold licensing model does not support using Remote Desktop to access your off-line machine.

In practice this means that if you activate your license using Remote Desktop, the EskoArtwork Local License Manager) will show that you have a license, but you cannot use a license remotely. 

You will need to start up Illustrator locally. This restriction allows technical managers to install and control licenses remotely but the use is restricted to the local users.
